Terms of service
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Digitally Divine. By purchasing a service, package, website build or any other digital support service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Monthly Support Packages
Monthly support packages are provided on a recurring basis and include the allocated hours outlined within your chosen package.

The first payment must be made via the Digitally Divine website at the time of purchase.

Your anniversary date will be the date your first payment was received.

Future monthly payments will be due on the same anniversary date each month.

Ongoing payments must be made via bank transfer or direct debit unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Services may be paused or suspended if payment is not received by the due date.
Allocated Hours

Package hours are allocated monthly.

Unused hours do not roll over into future months.

Any unused hours expire at the end of the billing period.

Additional work outside of allocated package hours will be charged at the agreed hourly rate stated within your service agreement.

Digitally Divine will endeavour to notify clients when allocated hours are nearing completion.
Cancellation Policy

A minimum of one month's written notice is required for cancellation of any support package.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@digitallydivine.co.uk.

Notice periods begin from the date written notice is received.

No refunds will be provided for partially used monthly packages or services already delivered.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all information, content, approvals and access required to complete agreed work.

Delays in supplying requested information may impact project timelines and delivery dates.

Clients are responsible for ensuring all supplied content, images and materials are legally owned or licensed for use.

Digitally Divine cannot be held responsible for delays caused by missing information, delayed responses or incomplete project briefs.
Access To Accounts
To provide services effectively, clients may be required to provide access to websites, social media platforms, email marketing systems, booking systems and other digital tools.

Clients remain the owner of all accounts and digital assets at all times.

Access will only be used for agreed business purposes.

Clients are responsible for maintaining ownership and security of their accounts.

Digitally Divine recommends enabling two-factor authentication wherever available.
Website Design & Development

An initial agreed payment is required before any website build or development work commences.

The remaining balance becomes due upon project completion and prior to website handover.

Ownership of the completed website transfers to the client once final payment has been received in full.

Any additional work requested outside of the agreed project scope may incur additional charges.

Clients are responsible for ongoing third-party costs including hosting, domains, software subscriptions, apps and licences unless otherwise agreed.
Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith but may vary depending on workload, project complexity and client response times.
Digitally Divine cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms, software providers, technical issues or delayed client communication.
GDPR & Data Protection
Digitally Divine is committed to handling personal and business information responsibly and in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection legislation.

Information provided by clients will only be used for the delivery of agreed services.

Data will never be sold, rented or shared with third parties without consent unless legally required.

Reasonable measures are taken to protect client information and account access.

Clients may request deletion of their data where legally permitted.
Confidentiality
Any confidential information shared during the course of a working relationship will be treated as private and confidential.
This obligation continues after the termination of services.
Limitation Of Liability
Whilst every effort is made to provide high-quality services, Digitally Divine cannot guarantee specific business outcomes including sales, enquiries, website rankings, social media growth or revenue increases.
Digitally Divine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
Amendments
Digitally Divine reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this website and become effective immediately upon publication.
