Refund policy
Overview
At Digitally Divine, we are committed to delivering high-quality virtual assistant, marketing, website and digital support services. Due to the nature of digital services and the time invested in delivering them, refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.
Monthly Support Packages

Payments made for monthly support packages are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.

Package hours are allocated monthly and must be used within the applicable billing period.

Unused hours do not roll over and are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Clients remain responsible for payment of the agreed package fee regardless of whether all allocated hours are utilised.
Assist Package (Ad Hoc Support)

Time worked under the Assist Package is non-refundable once services have been delivered.

Clients will only be charged for agreed work completed.

Any disputes regarding completed work must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Website Design & Development

Initial deposits and commencement payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

If a client chooses to cancel a website project after work has commenced, Digitally Divine reserves the right to retain any payments received to cover time already invested in the project.

Any outstanding balances for completed work remain payable.

Ownership of website files, designs and assets will remain with Digitally Divine until full payment has been received.
Digital Services
The following services are non-refundable once work has commenced or been delivered:

Website updates and maintenance

Social media management

Content creation

Marketing campaigns

Email marketing

Event promotion

Graphic design
-
Administrative support

Consultancy and strategy sessions
Subscription & Recurring Services

Monthly packages continue on a rolling basis until cancelled.

A minimum of one month's written notice is required to cancel any recurring package.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@digitallydivine.co.uk.

No refunds will be issued for services already delivered during the notice period.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Digitally Divine.
Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.
Client Responsibilities
Refunds will not be issued where delays, project interruptions or incomplete work result from:

Failure to provide required information or access

Delayed communication or approvals

Changes to project requirements after work has commenced

Third-party software, platform or hosting issues beyond our control
